1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in resalable condition with all labels, seals, and protective packaging intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes.

Products not purchased directly from our official website or authorized outlets.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@twafume.com or via WhatsApp at +966 54 564 2828 with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the policy stated above.
