Unauthorized online marketplace listings (such as unapproved listings on Amazon, eBay, etc.) are not permitted without prior written consent.

Sellers must provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds promptly and professionally.
Any customer complaints related to product quality, safety, or authenticity must be immediately reported to Twafume.

Sellers must honor Twafume’s official Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must be inspected and handled in accordance with Twafume’s quality control guidelines.

Sellers must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including consumer protection, import/export regulations, and tax laws.
Any violations may result in suspension or termination of the seller’s authorization.

All business dealings, pricing structures, and proprietary information shared by Twafume must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

Twafume reserves the right to suspend or terminate the authorization of any seller who violates this policy or engages in conduct harmful to the Twafume brand and its customers.
